I was wondering if I can get a consult with you. I have ballooned up to 247 pounds my hormones are all over the place, I still work night shift and still workout 4 days a week I have been attempting to get in 5 days of cardio and watch my diet but I have been thrown all over and just seem to keep gaining wt and not loosing. I’m seeing my dr for lab work April 16 so we can check my thyroid and blood sugar and other things, but would love to work with you again
