Hello, this is Dr Nadine. Thanks for wanting to know a bit more about me. When I am looking to hire someone for a particular task in my life, I usually ask myself the following questions… Why this person? What do they bring to the table, and What are they going to do for me? Allow me to answer those same questions for you. Why would you want to hire me as your coach? I live what I teach others, day in and day out. Eating in harmony and balance for my body has now become a passion of mine and one I share with each of my clients. I am continually in search of new ways to tweak the process a little tighter; thus, refining it so that I am operating from a place of balance, health, harmony, and wellness. In addition to looking for and learning new ways to improve the program I teach, I am also continually challenging my own physique. For example, I set a goal to re-enter the bodybuilding arena in 2005 after being away for 15 years. At this writing, I can say I have met that goal. I dance joyously as I celebrate being the 2005 Northern Colorado Women’s OPEN Heavyweight Bodybuilding Champion; the 2005 Southern Colorado OPEN Hvywt Champion; and the 2007 Colorado State OPEN Hvywt Champion. However, I have not achieved the bigger goals I have set for myself; therefore, I continue my training for the 2008 Natural Colorado Bodybuilding Competition to be held in October. During my entire preparation for these shows, I ate for my blood type, kept my poly-unsaturated fats high and followed my program. This has brought balance, health, harmony, and wellness into my life.
What do I, Nadine, bring to the table? Dale Carnegie said: “The ideas I stand for are not mine. I borrowed them from Socrates. I swiped them from Chesterfield. I stole them from Jesus. And I put them in a book. If you don’t like their rules, whose would you use?”
I loved that quote and know the truth of what I teach others originated from many teachers. With over twenty-four years of experience in teaching, coaching, writing, personal growth and as well as my personal life experience, I feel I have learned and borrowed from the best. I have learned so many ways of how to get fat and stay fat that I feel I have earned a PhD in that arena. Yet on the flip side I have also learned KEY steps in dropping FAT (not weight) while maintaining Muscle. I would love to teach YOU those same steps. I believe that everything we go through in life brings us to this exact moment. There are no mistakes. While I may not always be happy with the outcome of a particular situation, I look for the gift in it, the little piece I can use to move forward, or that tiny piece I can learn from so I can share it with others. To date I have released 79 pounds of FAT from my own physique. I continue to use these same concepts and steps to challenge my own physique as I prepare for each and every bodybuilding show I enter. What I will teach you is HOW to transform YOUR physique. This fat loss technique WORKS for ALL who commit to it. When I work with a client, I build a program for them around their life needs as well as their body needs. I believe that for any transformation to take place, a person must be willing to change within as well. With that in mind, I build a program to educate and deal with current nutrition knowledge and fixed beliefs assisting my clients in healing from the Inside-Out as we attack the fat from the Outside-In.
