SKILLET SIDE ~ Cooking Classes
Skillet Side is Cooking Class filled with Fun and Laughter.
January’s classes will focus on two main areas of Interest:
- Complex Carb sources and Tofu/Tempeh recipes.
- If possible, the menu will be designed around the participants of each class (by Blood Type).
- Skillet Side is interactive so come prepared to Join IN the creative fun.
- You must pre-register at least two days in advance to participate in this class.
- Cost is $35 per class. Class runs approximately an hour and a half. Bring container to (s) or plastic baggies to take home samples.

- Jan 17 ~ Complex Carb sources
- Jan 24 ~ Tofu/Tempeh ideas (more/different)
- Jan 31 ~ Complex Carb sources (more/different)
February dates: Saturdays @ 8:45 am
- Feb 7 ~ Breakfast/Pancake ideas
- Feb 14 ~ Steamed Veggies (kale, collard greens etc)
- Feb 21 ~ Breakfast/Pancake ideas
- Feb 28 ~ Steamed Veggies (kale, collard greens etc)

TELE-CLASSES
I have been asked on several occasions if I would consider offering Tele-Classes. So I am putting this out to YOU. Is this something YOU would find value in?
Current Visualization around this concept include:
- A tele-class consisting of lecture + time for Q&A
- utilizing a free conference call site
- minimal charge for the class
- any handouts would be sent to attendees.
